Part A applies if you join the Academy. Part B applies if you join The Liberty Herd. Part C applies to all members.
When you join the Academy or The Liberty Herd, and by clicking the Terms and Conditions box, you agree to these Terms.
Part A: The Academy
1. What's included
(a) When you join the Academy, you will get:
(i) access to 4 self-paced online theory and learning modules. Module #1 is available immediately upon joining, with each additional module released weekly;
(ii) immediate access to the Academy's exclusive community group and The Liberty Herd community;
(iii) access to bonus content, which is released progressively alongside each module, including approximately 10 hours of additional material and a bonus module; and
(iv) exclusive discounts on online coaching calls and private lessons booked with Dr Nadine Lindblom.
2. Payment
(a) Your first 12 months in the Academy is AUD $997 including GST, paid upfront when you join. Your Academy membership ends at the end of your first 12 months, unless you choose to continue as an Alumni member.
(b) After your first 12 months, you can continue as an Alumni member on either:
(i) Alumni Annual: AUD $390 including GST for each 12 months, paid upfront; or
(ii) Alumni Monthly: AUD $39 including GST per month, paid monthly.
3. Alumni membership, pausing and cancelling
(a) Before your first 12 months ends, we will email you to ask if you would like to continue as an Alumni member. If you do not choose an Alumni plan, your Academy membership will end at the end of your first 12 months and you will not be charged again.
(b) The Alumni Annual plan renews automatically every 12 months until you cancel. We will email you a reminder at least 14 days before each renewal.
(c) The Alumni Monthly plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can pause it at any time through your account. While your membership is paused, you will not be charged and your access to the Academy content will be suspended until you resume it.
(d) You can cancel at any time through your account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period (the end of your current 12 months or month). You will keep access until then and will not be charged again. Except under clause 4 or where required by law, we do not give refunds for part periods.
4. Money-back guarantee
(a) We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first 12-month payment to eligible purchasers. To qualify for a refund:
(i) you must submit your refund request by email to [email protected] within 14 days of the date you joined the Academy;
(ii) your request must include a brief explanation of why you believe the Academy did not provide the value you were expecting; and
(iii) you must not have accessed any materials beyond Modules 1 and 2.
(b) If these conditions are met, we will process your refund to the original payment method, less any non-refundable payment processing fees charged to us by third party payment providers.
(c) The money-back guarantee does not apply to Alumni payments.
5. Existing lifetime members
(a) If you joined the Academy before 27 October 2026, you keep your lifetime access to the Academy course materials under the terms and conditions that applied when you joined. You will not be charged any further fees for your Academy membership.
(b) You also have access to the App, the Academy community group and complimentary access to The Liberty Herd. Part C of these Terms applies to your use of these.
(c) Nothing in these Terms reduces your lifetime access. If these Terms are inconsistent with the terms that applied when you joined in relation to your lifetime access, the terms that applied when you joined prevail.
Part B: The Liberty Herd
6. What's included
(a) When you join The Liberty Herd, you will get:
(i) access to our introductory course, "The Essence of Connection";
(ii) exclusive podcasts, some of which are released to members early;
(iii) a rotating selection of Academy videos (approximately two new videos each month); and
(iv) access to The Liberty Herd community.
(b) Rotating Academy videos are available for a limited time and then replaced. The number, choice and timing of videos may change, and we do not guarantee that any particular video will remain available.
7. Payment
(a) The Liberty Herd is AUD $9 including GST per month, paid monthly. Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel.
(b) If you are an Academy member (including an Alumni or lifetime member), you have complimentary access to The Liberty Herd and do not need to pay for it. Your complimentary access ends if your Academy membership ends.
8. Cancelling
(a) You can cancel at any time through your account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. You will keep access until then and will not be charged again. We do not give refunds for part months, except where required by law.
(b) There is no money-back guarantee for The Liberty Herd. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Part C: Terms that apply to all members
9. Your account and access
(a) You can access your Membership through our website www.nadinelindblom.com (Website) or our mobile application (App). Memberships can only be purchased through the Website.
(b) You must be 18 years or older to join a Membership.
(c) Your Membership is for you only. You must not share your login details with anyone else.
(d) You can delete your account through the App or by emailing us. Deleting your account does not cancel a paid Membership, so please cancel first.
(e) While we aim to provide uninterrupted access, access may be temporarily disrupted from time to time due to platform maintenance, technical issues or matters beyond our control.
(f) We may update, add to or retire Membership content from time to time. If we make a change that significantly reduces what is included in your Membership, we will let you know and you can cancel.
(g) We may retire, replace or discontinue a Membership. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice where practical and refund any amount you have paid in advance for a period you will not receive.
10. Payment terms
(a) For recurring payments, you authorise us to automatically charge the payment method you provide at checkout on each billing date until you cancel. You must keep your payment details current.
(b) If a payment fails or is late, a $5 administration fee may be charged and we may suspend your access until it is paid.
(c) Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, Afterpay, Google Pay or PayPal, depending on the Membership. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors: Lemon Squeezy (powered by Stripe), Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay, and Google Pay. You may incur additional payment processing fees depending on the payment method you select.
(d) All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST for Australian customers. If you are purchasing from outside Australia, the applicable VAT or local equivalent will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your location. You are responsible for any currency conversion costs or fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
(e) We may change the price of a recurring Membership by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email. If you do not want to continue at the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.
11. Intellectual property
(a) We own all copyright and other intellectual property in the Memberships, including all course materials, videos, podcasts, text and branding.
(b) While your Membership is active, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Membership content for your own personal use.
(c) You must not download, copy, alter, re-use or share any part of the Membership content including but not limited to the course materials and videos.
12. Standards, conduct and community guidelines
(a) Our Community Guidelines set out how we expect members to behave in the community and form part of these Terms. You can read them here: Community Guidelines.
(b) When using your Membership, the community, the Website or the App, you agree that you will:
(i) follow our Community Guidelines and engage respectfully with others, and not post content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, offensive, or promotional (including unsolicited advertising or solicitation);
(ii) not post, share, upload, or distribute content that infringes any intellectual property rights or violates any person's privacy, including by sharing personal information without permission;
(iii) not share your account login details, password or access credentials with any other person;
(iv) not copy, download, share, distribute, or make available any Membership content, community content, or other content provided through your Membership, except as expressly permitted under these Terms;
(v) not post reviews or feedback under a false name or identity, or post false or misleading reviews;
(vi) not impersonate us, our staff, or any other user;
(vii) not use the Website, App or community for any unlawful purpose or activity;
(viii) not interfere with the operation of the Website, App or community, including by introducing viruses, scraping data, hacking, or attempting to gain unauthorised access; and
(ix) comply at all times with these Terms, our Terms of Use and any terms of use applicable to the platform.
(c) Advice shared by other members is shared peer to peer. It is not professional advice and we are not responsible for it.
(d) We reserve the right to remove any content that breaches these Terms or the Community Guidelines. If you seriously or repeatedly breach this clause or the Community Guidelines, we may terminate your Membership and your access to the Website, App and community. You will be notified of the termination, removed from the community and your account will be deleted. No refund will be provided, except where required by law. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
13. Your content
(a) You own the posts, comments, photos and videos you share in the community. You give us permission to host and display them in the community for the purpose of running it.
(b) We will ask for your permission before using your content outside the community, such as in our marketing.

It does not constitute veterinary advice, professional horse training advice or any other type of professional advice. By accessing or using the Membership, you acknowledge that no veterinary, training or professional relationship is created between you and us.

You should seek advice from a qualified veterinarian, professional horse trainer or other relevant professional if you require assistance or guidance specific to your situation.
(c) You agree that you are solely responsible for any decisions you make regarding your horse's care, training or handling and for assessing the suitability of the Membership content for your circumstances.
(d) You are responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of yourself, your horse and others when applying any techniques or information from the Memberships. You rely on the content and information at your own risk and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from any such reliance.
16. Liability and indemnity
(a) If you are a consumer within the meaning of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), the supply of the Memberships comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right that you may have under those guarantees.
(b) Provided that we have supplied the Memberships in accordance with these Terms and any applicable guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any loss, damage, cost or expense (Loss) (including indirect or consequential loss) that you or your horse may suffer arising out of or in connection with your Membership or your use or application of its content.
(c) Where we cannot exclude our liability for any loss or damage in connection with a breach of the ACL, but are permitted to limit our liability, then, unless you establish that it is not fair and reasonable for us to do so for the purposes of the ACL, our liability to you in respect of any rights under the ACL is limited to supplying the Membership again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
(d) You indemnify us against any Loss (including reasonable legal costs) suffered or incurred by us arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the course materials or your negligent acts or omissions. Except to the extent that we caused the Loss, you indemnify us for any Loss arising from a claim by a third party that results from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the course materials or your negligent acts or omissions.
