The Program
Before the Clinic:
In the lead-up to the clinic, all participants and spectators will receive access to a pre-clinic mini course. This short online course introduces the key theory and foundational exercises that underpin Nadine’s liberty training approach, giving you practical insights to try at home and preparing you with the knowledge needed before we meet in person. By completing the course, everyone arrives with a shared understanding, which allows the clinic to flow more smoothly and ensures more time can be spent with the horses — exploring connection, communication, and practical skills — rather than covering the basics.
Day 1 - Saturday
We begin the day with a welcoming introduction and key theory concepts, followed by a grounding meditation technique to integrate into your connection & training with your horse. Then we move into working with the horses (group setting), focusing on relaxation, connection, and togetherness in movement. After lunch, we dive into food rewards and body awareness exercises before beginning the first round of individual participant lessons. The day closes with a group Q&A.
Day 2 - Sunday
Day 2 is all about the individual lessons, where each participant receives tailored guidance for themselves and their horse. These sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are in your journey — whether that’s overcoming a specific challenge, refining your technique, or working towards personal goals. This is your opportunity to receive focused support and clarity that you can take home and continue building on after the clinic.
We’ll pause during the day for a short break and Q&A, and then again for lunch, before returning for the final set of individual lessons. The day closes with another Q&A session, giving everyone the chance to reflect, share their experiences, and ask any final questions.

This clinic will be held in Mount George at Mount George Equestrian Centre featuring a stunning indoor arena as well as stables and yards for your horses.

Facilities for Your Horse
Stable & Yard: $40 per day/night, or $25 for day use only
Outdoor Agistment (sand yard/paddock): $30 per day/night, or $20 for day use only
A $100 bond is required if horses stay overnight. This will be refunded once stables and yards are left clean. Feeding, rugging, and cleaning are not included.
Camping & Accommodation Opportunities
Camping is available at $15 per night (no power) or $25 per night (with power).
Please Note
Stables/Yards for your horses and camping is not included in the clinic price. These are charged separately by the venue.

Our Refund Policy
We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking your spot at the clinic.
Participant Cancellations
- 30+ days before the clinic → Full refund, minus a $50 administration fee.
- 21–29 days before the clinic → 50% refund, unless a replacement can be found (in which case, you’ll receive a full refund minus the $50 admin fee).
- Less than 21 days before the clinic → No refund, unless a replacement can be found (then full refund minus the $50 admin fee).
Spectator Cancellations
- 14+ days before the clinic → Full refund, minus a $25 administration fee.
- Less than 14 days before the clinic → No refund, unless a replacement can be found (then full refund minus the $25 admin fee).
Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to find someone to take your place. In this case, you’ll receive a full refund (minus the admin fee), regardless of timing.
Clinic Cancellation
If try our best to reschedule clinics rather than cancelling. If we cancel the clinic (e.g. due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), all payments will be refunded in full (no admin fee).
