2. How we collect your information
(a) We collect personal information directly from you, for example when you create an account, join a membership, post in the community, contact us or sign up to our emails.
(b) We collect some information automatically when you use the Website and the App, including through cookies and similar technologies and the analytics tools provided by our platform.
(c) A "cookie" is a small file stored on your browser or device which helps manage settings, deliver content and improve functionality. While cookies alone generally do not identify you personally, they may be linked with other information we hold about you and therefore become personal information. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.
(d) We may also receive information from third parties, such as our payment processors (to confirm a payment) and the Apple App Store and Google Play (usually aggregated information about App downloads and performance).

(a) The community is a shared space. Your profile name and photo, posts, comments, photos and videos, and your points and leaderboard ranking, can be seen by other members. Content in the Academy group can be seen by other Academy members.
(b) Adding yourself to the Friends Map is optional. If you do, the town or area you add, together with your profile name and photo, will be visible to other members so they can connect with you. You can remove yourself from the map at any time.
(c) Our Community Guidelines ask members not to share other members' content or personal information outside the community without permission. However, we cannot control what other members do with information you choose to share, so please only post what you are comfortable with other members seeing.
(d) We will ask for your permission before using your community content outside the community, such as in our marketing.
5. How we store and protect your information
(a) We store information electronically in secure databases, including with trusted third-party providers based in Australia and overseas. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. When you make a payment, you are providing your information directly to the relevant payment processor, and your payment will be subject to their terms and privacy policies in addition to ours. Visit the website of the relevant payment processor for more information on how your payment information is collected and stored.
(c) No method of transmitting or storing information over the internet is completely secure. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk.
(d) Our Website and App may contain links to third-party websites and services, such as social media and podcast platforms. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites and services.

When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
(b) You can delete your account at any time through the App or by emailing us. When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information, except where we need to keep it to meet legal obligations (such as payment and tax records), resolve disputes or enforce our terms. Your community posts may be removed or de-identified.
(c) Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid membership, so please cancel your membership first.

(b) We may disclose personal information to third parties we engage to help us provide our Services, including our platform provider, payment processors, email and marketing service providers, analytics providers, information technology support and professional advisors.
